I don't understand the good reviews. This is not the best vet in the area by far. First off, the parking is horrible. I learned far too much about the employees while in the cramped waiting room and it made me uncomfortable, my dog wanted to leave as soon we got there, and he loves vets. The place isn't clean. The employees cared more about their own drama than my pets. The vet wanted to push new medicine for my dog that no one else suggests using, and is dangerous for me to give to him, and he doesn't even "need" it. The vet also acted angrily when proven wrong.

When I walked in there office the rudest person greeted me at the front desk. Rudest person I have ever met in a business office.. this girl would never have worked for myself. She must take business away from Dr. Bollinger . Dr. Bollinger is a great veterinarian.. it was my daughters dogs turn so we went in the room.. I made them aware of the aggressiveness my daughter’s dog has. (That’s when the muzzle should have been put on..) Not very experienced girls. . They put him on the examine table. My daughters dog turned his head and the girl almost got bit on her face.. . This girl says ( if u bite me I will hit you). I told her ( you will not hit my dog…. I personally don’t accept any apology from them. But I don’t recommend going to the thibodaux office . I will not give money to a business that doesn’t really know what they doing.. if a person says ( my dog is aggressive, the workers should automatically put a muzzle on the pet they dealing with) . Dr. Bollinger did call my daughter an apologize.. she is a great Dr. .. But no one should threaten people are animals… Again Dr. Bollinger is a great Dr.
