Dr. Heniz was very understanding with Zeus and me! He addressed my concerns with the previous days surgery, and was pro active addressing the issues. 😊 From the Welcome Greeting to the Expert Care from everyone there.

I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Melanie Rosen and her staff! I brought my hedgehog in yesterday because I was concerned about swelling on his face, and everyone was so warm, welcoming, and caring from the moment we walked in. Dr. Rosen was absolutely amazing. She took the time to thoroughly examine my boy, explain what she believed was going on, and go over the other possibilities so I knew exactly what to watch for. We believe he has an abscessed tooth, and she was able to get him started on antibiotics and pain medication to help him feel better. She also referred us to a specialist in case he ends up needing a tooth extraction, which really gave me peace of mind knowing we already have a next step if necessary. I truly appreciate how compassionate and thorough Dr. Rosen was with my little guy. It’s not always easy finding a veterinarian who is comfortable treating exotic pets, and I’m so thankful we found someone who treated him with such care. The entire staff made us feel welcome and taken care of.

We had unconditional care to our cats Linus on our visit. We highly recommend using the facility for your pets. Dr Heintz, Dr Rosen, and the staff were great. We will never forget the compassion we received from your staff.
