I had to make an impossible choice to put my 13 year old pit bull Sadie Belle down she had an aggressive cancer and they treated her for 3 days before that decision was made me and my husband work a lot and the staff here was so accommodating to us when visiting our dog even up to the day it was done I had never had to do that before and I didn’t know what to expect on the day off they provided us with a private room and a. Nice pallet of blankets on the ground me and my daughter spent an hour with her laying on the ground with her and when it was time the Dr and staff were so kind and gentle and we stayed laying next to her my daughter was laying her head on her, the Iv port was already in her and the Dr gave her a sedative and she was snoring loud when they gave her the rest she was completely at peace and they let us stay there a little while after to say our final goodbyes and a few last kisses it was one of the worst things I have ever went through but the staff at cypress lake animal hospital made it a lot easier and they took good care of my Sadie up until the very end she was the best dog ever and she will be forever missed

My veterinarian was closed. My dog had stomach issues so I took him to Cypress Lake. I am not qualified to say that I was overcharged or that the tests administered were necessary or not. I just don't know. But know this, it's $149 to walk in the door and by the time I left the bill approached $800. This is to let you know what you're walking into. I doubt that I would pay more elsewhere and there's a good chance it would be less. I won't be back.

Wonderful, caring doctors at Cypress Lake. My cat Myles had multiple urinary blockages two years ago and they recommended PU surgery. They kept him in their care for a full week to make sure he was recovering well after surgery and even after I took him home, when he experienced setbacks they had me bring him in immediately. Since then, I’ve done a lot of research on this surgery and seen photos of other cats surgery sites and I can confidently say they did such an excellent job. He is two years out, healed beautifully and no issues since. I will be forever grateful for the care Cypress Lake provided for my boy!
