Siegen Lane Animal Clinic

It saddens me to give a one-star review. I have been a patient at this practice for more than 20 years, but unfortunately, since Dr. Phil sold the practice, the business practices and level of service have changed significantly. Today, it was evident that my long-term loyalty to the practice was of little concern. I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time and was told they were extremely busy. There were five individuals working and only three patient rooms. I was asked three separate times why I was there, and the records in their system were incorrect, including my contact information. They were confused about flea medicine and could not communicate what has been done in the past. When they told me to bring my dogs back, I asked whether they would be examined. I was told that would happen after their vaccines. Then they bought the dogs back and said I wanted everything done in front of me. I simply wanted to understand the process since it was different than what Dr. Phil and Dr. Fazio did. When my dogs were brought back to me, the veterinarian (Dr. Haley Honore) came in. Unfortunately, she did not acknowledge my concerns or make any effort to establish a relationship with my pets. When I explained that, based on the experience, I would be changing veterinarians, her response did not indicate that she was concerned about losing a long-term client. I also felt that she intentionally tried to speak over my head and used acronyms and terminology that I was unfamiliar with rather than taking the time to explain things in a way I could understand. Most concerning to me was how my dogs were treated during the visit. I explained that they had not been acknowledged and that one of them was clearly nervous. He is 14.5 years old and was so scared that he was hiding underneath the chair. I actually had to ask the assistant, “Please talk to him.” After more than 20 years with this practice, I never expected to leave feeling so disappointed and unimportant as a client. I understand that businesses change, but I also believe that long-term clients and, most importantly, the animals they bring in deserve to feel seen, heard, and cared for. They sent me referral papers to go to another vet within 2 hours of my visit. They sure seemed quick to get rid of me and my pets.

All of the vets here are so incredibly kind and professional. The facility is beautiful, clean, and updatedare! 🤩 All the staff were very helpful and approachable. They make you and your pet feel like family 🥰 Def would recommend! 👏🏻

For about 15 years I have used the Seigen Lane Vet Clinic. I get Scout’s annual check-up, medications and board him there when out of town. The clinic has had many of the same employees for years who are treated well by their employer. I like them very much!

We absolutely love Siegen Lane Animal Clinic! They are all so kind and gentle with our animals and couldn’t ask for a better vet! We love Dr. Fazio so much!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dr. Fazio and her staff are amazing! They have cared for all of my family’s pets over the years, and we always know they are in the best hands. The entire team is friendly, compassionate, and genuinely cares about the health and well-being of every animal they treat. Dr. Fazio takes the time to answer questions, explain treatment options, and provide excellent care. We are so grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and dedication shown at every visit. I highly recommend Dr. Fazio and her team to anyone looking for outstanding veterinary care.
