I brought my 2 pound one and a half Year old Chihuahua there because she had severe diarrhea and was pooping blood. It was in elderly lady veterinarian. She was very rude. Said I should not get a tiny dog if I do not know how to take care of it which I had a 2 pound Chihuahua that lived to be 20 years old because of the old veterinarians that were there before she prescribed a medication which cost $50 when I got home, I researched it and it was lactulose, which is a laxative and it said under no circumstance do you give a tiny dog, a laxative with severe diarrhea because it can worsen the diarrhea, causing them to be on IV fluids if they even survive from the lactulose. I do not recommend this animal clinic to anyone because since the old veterinarians are gone, the new ones do not know what they are doing like who gives a tiny dog with diarrhea a laxative. Had my dog would have died because I gave her this medication I would have sued this veterinarian clinic, please if your dog is sick take them to a reputable clinic. This clinic is no longer reputable since the old veterinarians left.

What is the point of setting an appointment at 3pm just to not be seen or spoken to until 4pm. Not one person came to check on me.

This office is the cleanest and best smelling vets office I've ever visited. Comfortable atmosphere. Friendly staff and vet. Excellent Service

Love everyone from the ladies who answer the phones, to the techs…kind, patient, very informative, & sent me home with paperwork or the overview of the visit…my dog is already anxious when we get there, while waiting to get called to the back, & literally making circles up, around me, back down to the floor, rinse & repeat while I sit on the bench in the exam room…explained the medicine that I received, plus put it on the paperwork I got…I love how they love on my Ruby girl…
