So disappointed and furious with this clinic. I've used Brandon's for so many pets and today my daughter has to say goodbye to hers. I called 4 days ago to schedule an app for this. I answered all of the questions required to get a price. I was given an exact quote. My daughter gets there this morning already stressed and brokenhearted for them to say it's gonna cost more than that. Her pet weighs under 1 lb! Now she stands in the lobby crying brokenhearted having to argue over prices when all she wants is to give her pet relief! Who does this to people and where is the empathy! I will take my business elsewhere! It went from 99.00 to 170..00 to put down something under 1lb! The greed is unreal. I knew I should have went to Entrance Rd Vet where the staff is more kind, empathetic and prices are fair. She only chose this one because originally it was price friendlier but ultimately ended up more expensive than anyone else not to mention staff is not the friendliest here.

Took my pug in for quick trip to clean his ears and nail clip. Didn't have an appointment and we were in and out. They are extremely nice there. I will not take him anywhere else.
