Metairie Small Animal Hospital Kenner Clinic

Great vets! I highly recommend Drs. Allison, Morgan, and Siegy. We've been taking our pets to this clinic for decades, and the quality of care is generally exemplary. However, I am not a fan of the new hours, and I'm even less of a fan of the fact that they're talking about potentially closing this clinic and abondoning Kenner... and please don't try to tell me it's just a financial decision. MSAH had enough money to open that shiny new Marigny clinic, so they definitely have the funds to keep this place open. Not to mention that if demand were the issue, then the day's schedule wouldn't be full when I call to schedule an appointment (as if frequently is). Furthermore, if the clinic is going to be closed for almost an entire week (as it was last week), then maybe someone should bother to update the voicemail message as a courtesy to customers. Similarly, Google still lists the Kenner clinic as being open 6 days a week despite this having not been the case for some time. I brought this issue to the attention of the staff at the main hospital last Wednesday (since the company's social media is managed centrally), but as of today (Monday) the hours still haven't been updated. In short, the vets at MSAH are awesome, but there's definitely room for improvement in management and operations.

MSAH in Kenner I location is where I always go . Christy and Amanda G are great! Dr. Siggy is the best! Would not go anywhere else!

I trust them with all my animals. I have been bringing my cats and dogs here since 1985. I have had excellent care for each pet. Dr. Siggy Mayer is my go to doctor. Now his daughter, Dr. Megan Mayer, is there also and is excellent as well.
