Everyone there plays a part in making this an exceptional service. The receptionists and adminatators are always pleasant and accommodating. The technicians actually love animals and will treat your pet like it's a privilege to spend time with them. The Vets are willing to go the extra mile to ensure compent, compassionate care. My canine companion was misdiagnosed by an emergency vet and River Road listened to what I experienced with my pet and figured out what was going on. Her case was unusual and even required an out-of-state consultation, but River Road made sure that I was informed and comfortable every step of the way. Exceptional business.
