After the Metairie office bungled the account and mismanaged basic details, we were on our way to another veterinarian. The Elmwood staff were so effective and competent by comparison that we stuck with Banfield, going out of our way to deal with them instead. Special mention goes to Kayla who is an exceptional staff member, and a credit to that team
